When cleaning parts, four important aspects are addressed:

During revision, the parts are cleaned with ultrasonic baths.

Why ultrasonic? 

Very simple, all four aspects are present and the most important thing is that the structure or surface of the material is not affected. This does happen with dry/wet blasting. 

It is essential that adhesion of dirt is prevented and that cleanability is guaranteed, even after revision.

In our modern workshop all repaired pumps are tested. We can test pumps with a maximum power of 30kW and a maximum capacity of 160m³ per hour. The maximum pressure is 16bar. The testing is done with water from a storage tank where it is pumped back. This means that little water is lost. The control is equipped with frequency control and various flow, pressure, temperature and vibration sensors. All measured values ​​are automatically logged so that a test certificate can easily be generated.

First, the pump must be aligned to your existing piping, then the rotating machine parts are aligned. 

It is very important to align the machines so that you prevent wear and vibration. This way you maintain the lifespan of the pump with drive. Such as the bearings, seals and mechanical seals.

A vibration analysis is the most reliable way to analyze the rotating parts of a machine for deviations.

Each deviation provides a unique frequency and amplitude which indicates the degree of maintenance. Depending on the measured spectrum we can determine what the condition of your machine is.
